The Las Vegas Convention Center District Project is a major expansion and renovation of the Las Vegas Convention Center to accommodate current customer needs and capture future trade show opportunities. Phase One of the program was completed in January 2017 and included the acquisition of the Riviera Hotel property, the subsequent demolition of all structures associated with the hotel and the development of an outdoor exhibit space and parking area for the LVCVA’s trade show customers.
Phase Two will include the development of a new exhibit hall and its ancillary spaces on the existing LVCC Gold Lot and the Riviera Hotel property.
Phase Three will be the renovation of the existing Convention Center.
Cordell Corporation is managing the project as the LVCVA’s Owner Representative.
The RFQ for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services has been issued and advertised as of 9/15/17. The CMAR RFQ can be accessed on the RFQs tab from this homepage.
