The LVCVA’s Evaluation Team has identified the following respondents to advance to Step Three of the selection process for Request for Price Proposal 19-4572-2 Pre-Construction & Construction Services for the LVCC District Phase Three Renovation Project (In alphabetical order):

The LVCVA Board of Directors has approved Klai Juba Wald/Design Las Vegas as the Architect of Record for the the LVCC District Phase Three Expansion Project. (April 9, 2019.)

Based upon the review and analysis of qualifications, proposals and interviews, the LVCVA’s Evaluation Team has recommended the Boring Company as the preferred company for the LVCC District Campus-Wide People Mover Project. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Board of Directors will consider approval of the recommendation at its March 12th public meeting.

The LVCVA Board of Directors has approved TVS Design as the Design Consultant for Phase Three Renovation Project (December 11, 2018).
