Current Announcements: 

The LVCVA Board of Directors has approved Martin-Harris/Turner, A Joint Venture as the Construction Manager for Pre-Construction & Construction Services for the LVCC District Phase Three Renovation Project. (May 14, 2019)

The LVCVA Board of Directors approved the contract for Klai Juba Wald/Design Las Vegas as the Architect of Record for the LVCC District Phase Three Expansion Project. (April 9, 2019)

Based on the review of proposals and interviews, the LVCVA’s Evaluation Team has recommended the Boring Company as the preferred company for the LVCC District Campus-Wide People Mover Project. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Board of Directors will consider approval of the contract at its May 22nd public meeting.

The LVCVA Board of Directors approved the contract for TVS Design as the Design Consultant for Phase Three Renovation Project (December 11, 2018).
