LVCC Project


The Las Vegas Convention Center District Project is a major expansion and renovation of the Las Vegas Convention Center to accommodate current customer needs and capture future trade show opportunities. Cordell Corporation NV, LLC is managing the project as the LVCVA’s Owner Representative.

 

 

 

   

Current Announcements: 

 

The CMAR Contract for construction with Turner Martin-Harris, A Joint Venture has been approved by the LVCVA Board of Directors for the LVCC District Phase Two Expansion Project (September 11, 2018).

NOVA Geotechnical & Inspection Services, LLC has been awarded a Professional Services Agreement for
RFQ #19-4533, QAA Materials Testing and Special Inspections Civil and Building Structures Within Building Footprint for the LVCC District Phase Two Expansion Project by the LVCVA Board of Directors (September 11, 2018).

Construction Testing Services, LLC (CTS) has been awarded a Professional Services Agreement for
RFQ #19-4536, QAA Materials Testing and Special Inspections of Civil and Structures Site for the LVCC District Phase Two Expansion Project by the LVCVA Board of Directors (September 11, 2018).

John A. Martin and Associates of Nevada has been awarded a Professional Services Agreement for
RFQ #19-4539, Structural/Civil Peer Review for the LVCC District Phase Two Expansion Project by the LVCVA (September 11, 2018).
