LVCC Project


The Las Vegas Convention Center District Project is a major expansion and renovation of the Las Vegas Convention Center to accommodate current customer needs and capture future trade show opportunities. Current Announcements: 


On March 13th the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) Board of Directors approved and awarded a contract to Turner Martin-Harris, A Joint Venture for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) pre-construction services for the Las Vegas Convention Center District Phase Two Expansion Project.

On December 12th the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) Board of Directors approved and awarded a professional services agreement  to tvsdesign / Design Las Vegas to provide design services for the Las Vegas Convention Center District Phase Two Expansion Project.
